You will be assigned a sleep coach who will analyse your sleep patterns and work with you to start taking steps towards a better night’s sleep. You will be asked to complete a daily sleep diary as well as answer some more questions about your sleep, before having a 1-2-1 consultation with your coach to discuss which course of action is best suited to your needs.

Therapist Support
Your 1 week trial includes a 1-2-1 consultation with your assigned sleep coach to build a complete picture of your current sleep and determine the best course of action for improvement.Keep a Sleep Diary
You will be asked to complete an online sleep diary form each morning. This allows your sleep coach to understand your sleep and track any changes or progress. It takes just a couple of minutes to complete each day.Next Steps
