The SleepHubs Check-Up is a screening tool used to assess your sleep. It takes just 1 minute to complete and tests for the 2 most common sleep disorders, Insomnia and Obstructive Sleep Apnoea.
We developed this tool because there was no easy way to measure sleep without the need for lengthy questionnaires and even overnight studies in clinics. The SleepHubs Check-Up can indicate your risk of both Insomnia and Obstructive Sleep Apnoea using just a handful of questions. It’s free to use and takes just 1 minute to complete.

After taking the SleepHubs Check-Up, you will receive a report highlighting any potential risks such as insomnia. If you are a good sleeper, you don’t need to do anything further. If your sleep shows that it could be suffering, we will recommend your next steps to improving.
Sleep Better Online Course.
If you need Sleep Improvement, but don’t require the full CBT-i treatment, we recommend our Sleep Better Online Course. In just 3 weeks, we can help you to improve your sleep by up to 30 additional minutes per night.
This online course is completed from the comfort of your own home and includes daily sleep diary submission. After your assessment in week 1, your designated sleep therapist will analyse your sleep data and give you key recommendations which will help you to improve. You will then continue the remaining 2 weeks, practising your new sleep routine with help from your therapist.
You will be guided throughout your programme and beyond through video lectures and additional support via email/phone.
