The SleepHubs Check-Up
How well do you really sleep?
The SleepHubs Check-Up is a screening tool used to assess your sleep. It takes just 1 minute to complete and tests for the 2 most common sleep disorders, Insomnia and Obstructive Sleep Apnoea.
We developed this tool because there was no easy way to measure sleep without the need for lengthy questionnaires and even overnight studies in clinics. The SleepHubs Check-Up can indicate your risk of both Insomnia and Obstructive Sleep Apnoea using just a handful of questions. It’s free to use and takes just 1 minute to complete.
If you are concerned about your sleep, or curious to see if you are in fact a good sleeper, take the SleepHubs Check-Up to find out.
After taking the SleepHubs Check-Up, you will receive a report highlighting any potential risks such as insomnia. If you are a good sleeper, you don’t need to do anything further. If your sleep shows that it could be suffering, we will recommend your next steps to improving.
How the SleepHubs Check-Up works
The Check-Up is scored out of a total of 14. Typically, the lower your score, the better you sleep!
Score 0 – 3 – You probably sleep well and don’t need much help! You could make some small tweaks here and there to optimise your sleep.
Score 4 – 8 – Your sleep could be improved. You may be experiencing Insomniac events or regular disturbed sleep and should take action.
Score 9 – 14 – There may be an underlying condition causing your poor sleep such as insomnia or obstructive sleep apnoea. We strongly recommend you take action to start sleeping better.
