The Sleep Better Online Course is a 3 week programme which helps you to re-learn how to sleep well.  Included in your course, you will have a 1-2-1 consultation with a member of the SleepHubs team.

You will also gain free lifetime access to our Private Facebook Support Group.

This course is not suitable for more severe insomnia.

Week 1 allows our therapists to assess your sleep – in some cases, we may find that you need to upgrade to a different treatment, for example, if you show more severe insomnia symptoms, you may be advised to complete our Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia. Description

The Sleep Better Online Course is perfect if you need to improve your sleep but don’t have a severe case of insomnia. Your sleep therapist will analyse your sleep and give you the key recommendations and tweaks to make in order to sleep better – then they will help you to implement the changes in your routine.

How the course works:

You will be required to complete a daily sleep diary throughout 3 week course, so that your therapist can monitor your sleep, and track any changes/improvements. This takes just a few minutes when you wake each morning and can be completed from any device with internet access.

Each week you will have access to video lectures. These lectures will help to guide you through your treatment and set you up for continued sleep improvement way beyond the course end. In addition to the online content, you will also receive advice and support from your sleep therapist.

  • Week 1: Full Sleep Assessment

    This week, our experts will assess your sleep needs in order to tailor your treatment to your needs.
  • Week 2: Sleep Tweaks

    Now that we have learned about your current sleep, your therapist will give you some sleep tweaks which you should use alongside the video content.
  • Week 3: Practise and Progress

    After practising your sleep tweaks, your therapist may give you some additional recommendations for further improvement. Your data will be analysed and you will now have all the tools to continue to improve your sleep.
