The Lite Sleep Improvement Programme is perfect if you need to improve your sleep but don’t have a severe case of insomnia. Your sleep therapist will analyse your sleep and give you the key recommendations and tweaks to make in order to sleep better – then they will help you to implement the changes in your routine.
How the programme works:
You will be required to complete a daily sleep diary throughout the lite programme so that your therapist can monitor your sleep, and track any changes/improvements.
Each week you will have access to video lectures which you can find in your programme account. These lectures will help to guide you through your treatment and set you up for continued sleep improvement way beyond the course end. In addition to the online content, you will also receive advice and support from your sleep therapist.
All of our Sleep Improvement Services are completed on the same platform so we can safely store your data in one place.
Week 1: Full Sleep Assessment
This week will be completed prior to the programme start and will assess your sleep needs in order for our experts to make the best recommendation for your treatment pathway.

Week 2: Consultation and Sleep Tweak
Now that we have ensured you are on the correct treatment pathway, you will have an online consultation with your Sleep Therapist. Your therapist will then give you some tweaks which you should make to your sleep which will give you the best results. You will then continue your programme, practising your new sleep tweaks.
Week 3: Practise and Progress
After practising your sleep tweaks, your therapist may give you some additional recommendations for further improvement. Your data will be analysed and you will now have all the tools to continue to improve your sleep.
