Full Sleep Assessment


Get a full sleep assessment from the experts at SleepHubs. This week long assessment is completed online at home and includes daily sleep diary submission and medical questionnaires to assess your risk of insomnia and other sleep disorders.

After completion, you will receive a report highlighting your sleep issue and a recommended treatment pathway which you can complete with SleepHubs or take to your GP for a referral.



How the assessment works

This assessment consists of 1 week of daily sleep diaries as well as a detailed sleep questionnaire.

It is completed online on our Sleep Improvement platform: Somnify, which is where all of our improvement programmes are completed.

After ordering your assessment, you will receive an email with details to set up your account on Somnify – this takes just a few moments and once logged in, you can begin by submitting your first sleep diary.

You will log into your Somnify dashboard daily and submit your sleep diary. During the week, you will also find a questionnaire, ISAAC AI. In order for our experts to analyse your sleep needs, you must complete this questionnaire as well as your daily sleep diary.


Why do I need this assessment?

The SleepHubs Check-Up gives us a strong indication about what could be causing your poor sleep, but in order for us to completely tailor your treatment, we require some more data.

If your SleepHubs Check-Up identified that your sleep could be improved, we recommend you complete this assessment so that our Sleep Experts can pinpoint where improvements can be made.

If you haven’t yet completed the SleepHubs Check-Up, we recommend you do this first.

After suffering from insomnia for approx 35 years and having tried all kinds of advice and suggestions I was very keen to try something different. I am so pleased that I participated in the programme. I found the video lectures particularly interesting and I looked forward to watching the new ones each week. Before I started the course I believed that as it was mainly an online course that I would be completing the programme totally on my own. How wrong I was! The Zoom meetings, Facebook Support Group, emails and weekly video lectures made me realise how many other people were in a similar situation to me and this helped me through the course. I feel that I have come a long way since the start, and I am confident that I can now carry on by myself and improve my sleep even more. It has made me stop and look at my bedtime routine and habits and make positive changes.
Having completed the course I can highly recommend it as it worked for me. I was sceptical at first but stuck to the course. I made a few changes to my lifestyle and my attitude, to my bedroom, alcohol, caffeine and sleep mindset. This was aided by the information given in the lecture videos I am now sleeping better and longer waking up now feeling rested and more alert. I will carry on with all the changes suggested because with the help and information I received has given me a new lease of life thank you so very much.
