Step 1. SleepHubs Check-Up

Next, a simple, 1 minute screening enables us to identify whether you could improve your sleep. Typically, we invite all employees to complete the Check-Up. As a result this gives us an idea of how well your staff are sleeping and if they need help to sleep better.

Step 2. Talk To Our Experts

Next, one of our resident sleep experts can provide a webinar or face-to-face talk to engage employees. And you can discuss the importance of a good night’s sleep.

Thus before this session, we analyse your SleepHubs Check-Up answers. And we then tailor the content to cover the sleep issues which you are experiencing.

Step 3. Sleep Improvement Programme

As a result of the sleep improvement programmer eligible employees will be invited to join the Sleep Improvement Programme.

In fact, this online programme has been developed by sleep experts in Iceland and has a proven success rate of 80%. In addition to most participants completing a 3 week, sleep hygiene course. Consequently, you will learn the do’s and don’ts of a great night’s sleep, and put them into practice.

However, for those who need further help with their sleep, they will complete a 6 week Cognitive Behavioural Treatment for Insomnia. Which is, in fact, recommended as the first line of intervention by the World Health Organisation.

Step 4. Graduation

Finally, those who significantly improve their sleep will graduate from the programme. Furthermore, sleep help is also available for those who may suffer with sleep disorders such as Obstructive Sleep Apnoea.

Who We’ve Worked With

A Company Case Study: BELRON

Belron® is the world’s leading vehicle glass repair and replacement group. In fact it is home to 29,000 employees in over 30 countries and five continents. Belron International is the group’s global support centre, based in the UK. As part of Belron International’s wellbeing programme, SleepHubs was asked to offer support to their 250 employees. However, with people being generally fit and active, only 48 wished to complete the survey. As a result, 22 participants were then recommended to take part in a 24-day sleep programme. And this was called The TweakSleep Challenge. This programme helps people re-learn how to sleep well again and become engaged and more confident, better sleepers.

Participation is very simple and took only a few mins each day, with each participant submitting a quick and simple email sleep diary every morning. This was assessed by a sleep expert who identified the main issues and then a sleep coach discussed with the participant, what “tweak” they need to adopt as routine, followed by a fortnight of practice.

Within two weeks, on average, all were getting an extra half an hour of sleep each night, feeling better and improving their sleep quality by +10% without spending more time in bed. Some people achieved an extra hour per night or more.
